Rome Statute   Kenya signed the Rome Statute on 11 August 1999, and ratified on 15 March 2005, becoming the 98th State Party.
Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Kenya has not signed the APIC.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Publicly rejected a BIA, however, under extreme US pressure and could lose up to $9.8 million in aid for military training and equipment.
Implementing Legislation The International Crimes Act 2008 entered into force on 1 January 2009. The bill is available online at http://www.kenyalaw.org/Downloads/Acts/The_International_Crimes_Act_2008.pdf.
