Agreement on Privileges and Immunities Cambodia has not acceded to the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities.
Bilateral Immunity Agreement Signed June 27, 2003. Ratified May 18, 2005.
Implementing Legislation The government is currently reviewing the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedural Code. Civil society groups have urged the government to implement the Rome Statute into national law.
